The Schuetzenzelt is located near the statue of Bavaria. It was renovated a few years ago and has become a favourite meeting place for Oktoberfest fans from Munich. The ceiling is painted in red-green-yellow, a new ventilation system provides fresh air. Since the tent is quite hidden, it is often overlooked by tourists.
